Those interested in contributing $100,000 to the Antigua National Development Fund can do so. They can put $1.5 million into starting a business ($5.0 million if there are two or more investors) or $400,000 towards a government-approved real estate project (which can be reduced to $200,000 if there are two or more linked investors).
 

Investment Programs

National Development Fund (NDF)
Participation to the National Development Fund in the amount of US$100,000 per application is required for citizenship under the NDF investment scheme. The amount of investment is made in the form of a single payment and is non-refundable.

University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund
A minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 150,000 to the University of the West Indies

Business Investment
in order to invest in a business as part of the Citizenship by Investment Program.
 
The following are the two company investment options:
 
A principal applicant invests at least US$1,500,000 in an approved business on his own behalf.
A minimum of two people must make a joint investment of at least US$ 5,000,000 in an approved business. Each individual must pay at least US$400,000 to the joint venture.

Validity of Residence

The passport has a 5-year validity period and can be renewed after that. To renew after 5 years, you must have spent at least 5 days in Antigua.

Real Estate Investment

The citizenship by investment program offers the option to invest in real estate, and thus recover your funds (after the five-year minimum holding period).
The buying of real estate with a minimum value of USD 200,000 from an approved real estate project. To be eligible, two candidates must make a combined investment of at least USD 200,000, with each applicant contributing at least USD 200,000. Within the five-year time span, the property cannot be sold.
 

Updates & New Rules

Antigua and Barbuda Government have announced an extension 50% discounted price of $100,000 (instead of $200,000) National Development Fund (NDF).
